Legitdan News reports that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has commenced the disbursement of student loans to Lagos State University (LASU) students who successfully applied. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on students struggling to pay their school fees.
According to the university’s management, funds will be credited directly into the school fees accounts of the beneficiaries to ensure seamless support.
The Vice-Chancellor of LASU, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, expressed her appreciation to NELFUND for providing much-needed financial aid, enabling students to pursue their education without interruption.
