The Borno State Scholarship Board (BSSB) is pleased to announce the commencement of the 2024/2025 scholarship application process for Borno State indigenes pursuing undergraduate studies in recognized Nigerian institutions. The online application portal will be accessible from Monday, 7th July to Tuesday 14th August, 2025, via the official website: https://bssb.bo.gov.ng.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a bonafide indigene of Borno State.
2. Be in their first year of study (Part I & DE Part II for Universities, ND I & HND I for Polytechnics and Colleges, NCE I for Colleges of Education).
3. Be duly registered students of their respective institutions.
4. Upload a passport photograph (Red Background), a copy of their school admission letter, and their registration receipt.
Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to visit the BSSB website during the application period to submit their applications.
Note:
Students with disabilities are highly advised to apply for the scholarship award.
