KWARA STATE COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY, OFFA RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The general public is hereby notified that the admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session is now available online.
Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the various programmes of the College. The application process begins on Monday, 23rd February 2026 and closes on Friday, 19th June 2026.

HOW TO APPLY
Visit the application portal:

Complete the registration form by providing:
Surname
First Name
Middle Name
Email address (Gmail only)
Phone number
A verification link will be sent to your Gmail address. Click “Verify Your Email Address” to confirm your email.
If you have already completed the initial registration steps, log in to continue your application.
After verifying your email, upload a recent passport photograph with a red background (maximum file size: 25KB).
Click “Make Payment” to pay the application fee. The available categories are:
ND Application – ₦15,000
HND Application – ₦15,000
Other Applications – ₦15,000
Ensure you print your payment receipt after successful payment.
Next, click “Fill Application Form” to complete your profile, select your preferred course, and enter your academic qualifications.
After submission, print the following documents:
Payment Receipt
Acknowledgement/Examination Permit Slip
Completed Application Form
Referee Form
Note: All payments must be made online using a debit (ATM) card.
