The management of Lagos State University has announced the commencement of applications for part-time and full-time postgraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In a notice released by the university’s Postgraduate School, suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into numerous postgraduate programmes offered across faculties, schools and specialised centres of the institution.
According to the university, applicants must possess five credit passes at O’Level including English Language, while candidates applying for programmes in Science, Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Educational Management must also have a credit pass in Mathematics.
The programmes available for the session cut across several academic disciplines.
Faculty of Arts

The university noted that applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦30,300 and complete the application through the postgraduate application portal.
All applicants will be required to sit for a qualifying entrance examination at the university’s main campus in Ojo.
The university also advised that candidates who have not completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or those currently enrolled in another postgraduate programme should not apply.
The sale of application forms will close four weeks from the date of publication, while academic transcripts must be submitted within two weeks after the close of application.
