JAMB has issued a crucial notice to all candidates participating in the 2024 UTME/Direct Entry examinations

JAMB has issued a crucial notice to all candidates participating in the 2024 UTME/Direct Entry examinations
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates taking the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) exams will not be able to amend discrepancies in their names, date of birth, and other personal information on the JAMB platform if they do not match their credentials.

Candidates were encouraged by the examination board to rectify any discrepancies on the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) platforms or by visiting the West African Examinations Council (WAEC). It is advised to ensure that the information on their O’Level certificates matches that on their National Identification Number (NIN) before registering for the UTME and DE exams.
