Dorben Polytechnic, Abuja, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, has officially opened admissions for its 2025/2026 academic session across National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes. The admission covers Full-Time, Part-Time, and Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) options.
According to information released by the institution, candidates who scored a minimum of 100 in the 2025 UTME and selected Dorben Polytechnic as their first choice are eligible to proceed to the Admission Office for documentation and admission processing.
Admission Details
- National Diploma (ND) admission is strictly through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- HND applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) in relevant fields from accredited institutions.
- Dorben Polytechnic assures all prospective HND graduates of mobilization for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Additionally, the management has rolled out tuition scholarships to encourage more enrolment:
- 20% scholarship for military and paramilitary personnel officially recommended for admission
- 13% for Dorben Alumni, 11% for siblings, 8% for female applicants (when admitted in pairs), and for triplet applicants
Candidates who did not initially choose Dorben Polytechnic but meet the eligibility criteria are also encouraged to apply by changing their institution on the JAMB portal.
