KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY (KASU) RELEASES POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Kaduna State University (KASU) has commenced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening registration for the 2025/2026 academic session. According to the Office of the Registrar, the registration exercise begins on Friday, July 18, 2025, and closes on Wednesday, July 31, 2025.

All candidates who applied for admission via the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry are invited to register, provided they meet the specified requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must:
    • Have scored the required cut-off mark for their selected programme in the 2025 UTME.
    • Possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
    • Have the appropriate subject combination and A-level grading (for DE candidates).
  • Applicants below the required cut-off mark for their chosen course must change to a programme they qualify for on the JAMB portal before registering.

How to Register

1. Visit the Portal:

2. Select Application Type:

  • Choose Post-UTME or Direct Entry.

3. Create Account or Log In:

  • Enter your JAMB registration number to check eligibility.
  • If eligible, follow the prompt to Create New Account or Log In.

4. Payment:
Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 via the portal (excluding bank charges).

5. Fill Biodata and Upload Documents:

  • O’Level results (max. 2 sittings)
  • A-Level results (for DE)
  • Passport photo (JPEG, clear, white background, ≤1MB)
  • Signature
  • NIN, Birth Certificate, Indigenization Certificate
  • Updated 2025 JAMB result slip & registration slip

6. Application Submission:

  • Preview application
  • Accept declaration
  • Click Submit

Important Notes

  • Candidates must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal before admission consideration.
  • Candidates are advised to use valid email and phone numbers for communication.
  • Invalid/missing uploads may result in disqualification.
