The University of Ilesa (UNILESA), a state-owned institution licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC), has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the notice signed by the Registrar, ‘Funso Ojo, all candidates who chose the University of Ilesa as their first choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 160 or above are eligible to apply. Candidates willing to change their first choice to UNILESA may also apply through the JAMB CAPS portal, provided they meet the required cut-off mark.
Application Procedure
Applicants are to visit the university’s admission portal at https://admissions.unilesa.edu.ng to complete their registration and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee (exclusive of portal charges). Applicants must also upload five credit passes in relevant subjects obtained at not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, NABTEB, or SAISSCE.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via the JAMB CAPS and the university portal. Successful applicants are required to accept their admission offers through the JAMB CAPS system. The Post-UTME application closes on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
