FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF KASHERE (FUKASHERE) RELEASES PART-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Federal University of Kashere (FUKashere) has announced the commencement of admissions into its part-time undergraduate degree programs for the 2025/2026 academic session. The announcement, made through the university’s official bulletin, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates seeking to earn a degree while working.

According to the bulletin, the part-time program is designed to be flexible, with classes holding only on Fridays and Saturdays. The university highlights several benefits, including the fact that a Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) or Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is not required for admission. Furthermore, the certificate awarded is the same as that for full-time students, and the fees are described as affordable.

A wide range of accredited programs are available across various faculties, including Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Science, Humanities, and Education. Departments offering part-time degrees include Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and Development Studies, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Computer Science, English & Literary Studies, Arabic, and several education-focused departments.

Prospective students can apply for either 100-level or 200-level entry. For 100-level admission, candidates must have five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in relevant subjects. Those with NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualifications can apply for direct entry into the 200 level. The duration of the program is five academic sessions for 100-level applicants and four academic sessions for 200-level applicants.
