The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), Nasarawa State, has opened applications for admission into its postgraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to an announcement signed by the Registrar, Nuradeen Abdu, the sale of application forms commenced on Monday, August 4, 2025, and will close on Friday, September 30, 2025. The application form, obtainable online via https://cpgs.fulafia.edu.ng, attracts a non-refundable fee of ₦26,000 payable through the REMITA platform.
The College of Postgraduate Studies invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master’s, M.Phil., and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes across various faculties. These include Agriculture, Arts, Education, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Computing, Clinical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Environmental Design, and Social Sciences. Specialised centres such as the Centre for Security Studies, Centre for Cultural Studies, and Centre for Gender & Development Studies also have programmes on offer.
In addition to its regular programmes, the university is offering online postgraduate options in areas such as Conflict, Intelligence & Security Studies, Diplomacy & Strategic Studies, Financial Economics, Health Economics, and Criminology & Security Studies.
All applicants are required to take a qualifying examination scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
