Following the payment of a mandatory clearance fee of ₦20,000, Lagos State University (LASU) has activated its online clearance portal for newly admitted part-time students. Students are now required to upload all necessary documentation via the LACACA portal, enabling them to actively monitor their clearance status throughout the process.

HOW THE LACACA PORTAL WORKS
This portal works first come – first serve.
Note: There’s always a stipulated time for the clearance to run. Might be 3 weeks or 4 weeks. Once the portal gets activated, you’d have to start on time. Thats why you have to book your slots ahead of time. Because, once the portal closes and you didn’t complete it – you wouldn’t be issued a matric number. And you’d be advised to quit. “No refund” that’s LASU’s policy.
